Cytocast Digital Twin for Optibrium StarDrop

Make development risk visible earlier.

CytoRisk Score brings Cytocast Digital Twin intelligence into Optibrium StarDrop, helping discovery teams assess and compare compound-level development risk within their existing workflow.

An Optibrium StarDrop Model Server extension.

CytoRisk Score

Cytocast Digital Twin — Development Risk Score

CytoRisk Score estimates an overall developability risk score from 0 to 100 for a candidate compound. The score supports earlier assessment of potential risk from toxicity, off-target activity, poor selectivity, and unfavourable ADMET properties.

Run the model within StarDrop and evaluate its result alongside your existing compound properties, project criteria, and experimental evidence.

01

Prioritize earlier

Compare candidate compounds at the point where design changes are faster and less expensive to make.

02

Use an intuitive scale

Apply one interpretable 0–100 score to support compound triage and guide more focused follow-up.

03

Stay in StarDrop

Access the result through the Optibrium Model Server workflow without moving compound data into another tool.

Reading the score

Use risk signals in scientific context.

Lower scores suggest a cleaner predicted profile. Higher scores identify compounds that may need further review with medicinal chemistry knowledge and experimental evidence.

0–33

Lower risk

Indicates a cleaner predicted profile and stronger potential as a viable development candidate.

34–66

Review needed

Indicates potential liabilities that should be assessed with available profiling and experimental data.

67–100

Higher risk

Flags compounds that may face safety, selectivity, side-effect, or ADMET challenges later in development.

Built for StarDrop

Fit risk insight into existing design decisions.

CytoRisk Score is a decision-support property, designed to complement—not replace—experimental results, medicinal chemistry judgment, and established development criteria.

Discuss your workflow
1

Select candidate compounds

Work with compounds already generated, imported, or assessed within Optibrium StarDrop.

2

Run CytoRisk Score

Submit compounds through the Model Server extension to receive a development-risk score from 0 to 100.

3

Review the result

Compare the score with existing StarDrop properties, project goals, and available experimental evidence.

4

Prioritize the next action

Focus design, profiling, and validation work on compounds that need more attention.

Prototype integration status

The current Model Server implementation returns a random score for workflow and integration testing. It is not a validated predictive model and must not be the sole basis for scientific, clinical, or development decisions.
